About Emirates Flight Catering :-
July 2007, we launched a
state-of-the-art complex dedicated to servicing the flights of Emirates. With a
built-up area of over 56,000m2, it’s the largest facility of its kind in the
world. The complex’s sophisticated automation includes a 2.55km electric
monorail system for transporting meal carts, a bin conveyor system to transfer
clean items from the Warewash area to the Production and Operations
departments, and a vacuum waste system with pipes over 600m long. We also
cater to other airlines operating at Dubai International airport and currently
service more than 100 regular airline clients.In November 2018, our business
grew further with the opening of an additional facility which is dedicated to
the production of Emirates Airline First and Business Class meals. With this
facility, we have gone further in terms of automation and state-of-the-art
equipment

Criteria:
Operation Manager
preferably Bachelor’s or Equivalent with having 7 years of experience in
leading large-scale operational activities.
General Manager
preferably MBA with having 10 years of FMCG experience in a leadership role.
Sous Chef
preferably Hotel Management or Culinary degree with having 5 years of
experience in a similar role.
HR Business
Partner preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or HR, CIPD
with having 5 years of experience in leading HR business partner.
F&B Manager
preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary with having 5-7 years of experience in
a related field.
Executive Sous
Chef preferably Hotel Management, Bachelor’s degree or related Culinary degree
with having 7 years of similar experience.
Digital Design
Intern preferably bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or any other
discipline with having extensive number of print and digital media experience.
Corp Comm
Internship HR preferably Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, multimedia,
communication or advertising with having hands-on experience in photography and
images/video editing. Moreover, having a good command over MS Word, Excel &
PowerPoint would be highly considered.
Business Finance
Manager preferably ACA, ACMA or CPA with having 7 years of experience in
Finance Management would be given highly preference.
High standard of written
and verbal communication skills in English.
