Description:-
Responsibilities
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
- Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
- Develop content of marketing campaigns

- Manage and allocate budget correctly
- Carry out CRM/ data/ e-newsletter content
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
- Arabic Langauage is an advantage but not mandatory
Head of Property Leasing
Description:-
Key Accountabilities:
Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
2. Monitors and reports building vacancy levels to management.
3. Attracts tenants by assisting in advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units.
4. Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit.
5. Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
6. Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations and maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
7. Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
8. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
9. Oversee internal lease review process.
10. Negotiate, draft, and maintain brokerage listing agreements.
11. Assist in developing property specific marketing programs as needed.
The Ideal candidate should have:
• Masters or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
Minimum 10 Years experience in leading the leasing division of a reputed Property Developer in the UAE
• Good knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA procedures
• Developing strategies and implementing them by setting up appropriate policies & procedures
• Effective Communication Skills
